Versand

Die Versandkosten betragen 5€ für Versand nach Österreich, 8€ für Versand innerhalb der EU und UK und 13€ außerhalb der EU. Anfallende Zölle und Steuern für Sendungen außerhalb Europas werden von mir nicht übernommen.

Selbstabholung ist kostenlos.

Ich versende einmal wöchentlich, üblicherweise donnerstags.

Ich wähle ressourcenschonende Versandmethoden, daher kann die Lieferzeit für Sendungen nach Österreich 2-3 Werktage, nach Europa 5-10 Werktage und welteit 10-20 Werktage betragen.

Nach Möglichkeit verwende ich Verpackungsmaterialien, die sowohl recycled als auch recyclebar sind.

Bezahlung

Im Moment ist nur die Bezahlung über paypal möglich. Wenn paypal für Sie keine Option ist, schreiben Sie mir bitte eine Nachricht mit Ihrer Bestellung, Ihrem Namen und der Versandadresse. Ich sende Ihnen eine Rechnung und Sie können per Banküberweisung bezahlen.

Retouren

Ich nehme keine Retouren an, möchte aber dass Sie mit Ihrer Bestellung zufrieden sind. Sollte es Probleme geben, melden Sie sich bitte innerhalb von sieben Tagen ab Erhalt der Bestellung und wir werden eine Lösung finden.

Shipping

Shipping costs are 5€ for Austria, 8€ for EU and UK 13€ everywhere else. Any customs duties and taxes incurred for shipments outside EU are not covered by me.

Customer pick-up is free of charge.

I ship once a week, usually on Thursdays.

I choose eco-friendly shipping methods, therefore the delivery time for shipments to Austria can be 2-3 working days, to Europe 5-10 working days and worldwide 10-20 working days.

Where possible, I use packaging materials that are both recycled and recyclable.

Payment

At the moment payment is only possible via paypal. If paypal is not an option for you, you can send me a message with your order, name and shipping address. I will then send you an invoice and you can pay via bank transfer.

Returns

I do not accept returns but I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem please contact me withing seven days of receiving your parcel and we will work it out.
